This “PEARL” early childhood development center situated in Mulankavil at Poonakary divisional secretary area of Kilinochchi district. This project constructed & implemented by FRIENDS LANKA CHILD FOUNDATION (FLCF) with the funds of BMZ & FKI Germany. It was declared open on 12th January 2016 with the participation of foreign donors. This is a model Preschool with all the infrastructures & facilities such as 02 Classrooms, Playground, Toilets, Kitchen, Office, Activity area, all the educational equipments & the furniture. There are already 60 children and 03 qualified teachers working.
