Donation terms & privacy
Your contribution
This form accepts one-time donations in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). The minimum is LKR 2,000.00 with no maximum donation limit set by this website. Bank or payment-provider limits may still apply. No recurring card charge is created.
Payment and confirmation
Card payments take place on the payment provider’s hosted page. A donation is confirmed only after the provider verifies the transaction. If your card has been charged but this site shows an unconfirmed payment, please contact us before paying again.
Questions and payment errors
Contact accounts@flcf.lk with your donation reference for questions about a contribution, a duplicate charge or a refund request. Requests are reviewed by the foundation; this system does not issue automatic refunds.
Your donor account
When you submit a donation, we automatically create an account using your email address if one does not already exist. We send a temporary password to that address. You must sign in and change this password before accessing your donation history. The temporary password expires after 24 hours. Password reset links expire after one hour. Verified email ownership gives access to donations recorded with that email address.
How your information is used
We record your name, email, optional phone number, selected programme, message, amount and payment references to administer your donation and answer related queries. Access is limited to authorised administrators. Card numbers and card security codes are not collected or stored by this application. Information needed to process payment is passed to the payment provider.
For questions about access, correction or deletion of donor information, please contact the foundation. Financial records may need to be retained for applicable recordkeeping obligations.
